Before you can log into Mediware University, you must be a registered Mediware University associate.  If you have not previously registered, click here to access the Terms of Use page.  Once you accept the terms of use, you will be taken to the Self Registration page.

If you have previously registered and have not logged into this account in the last 30 days, your account may have been deactivated.  If you believe your account may have been deactivated, please send us an e-mail asking to have your account reactivated.
